Fuji sushi shop is a concept design for a food retail fit out and commercial kitchen to comply with shopping centre requirements – - Gubuda – Gordonvale Shopping Centre
This is greatly influence by Japanese design and the business logo. Our clients requested for a clean, simple yet warm environment for customers to visit.
The timber features to the external and internal shopfront brings a welcoming and warm invitation to the shop. The timber carries through to the interior where it features on the bulkhead above the servery counter and even on the menu.
A pop of red is seen throughout fixtures and items within the interior to reflect the logo. Natural light fills the small retail area by taking advantage of using the external shopfront with full height glazing. The commercial kitchen is separated by use of modern commercial kitchen curtains.
