Commercial Alterations and Additions to Office Building

Master Builders Queensland modernise their Cairns office and Thirkell Consulting Engineers & Building Design delivered the exterior and interior design, and structural engineering services for a complete makeover, including opening out structural walls and altering openings. Space planning included the board room, meeting areas, offices, merchandising, training, staff ammenity and bathroom functions. Importantly the new design complies with the current Codes and Standards. Drawings processes included client reviews, tender issues, tender addendums, building approval and construction issues.
